Prima Qualità salami is a sweet, fragrant and delicate product. We pamper it from the dough and stuff it exclusively into natural casings; then we tie it by hand and after drying, we season it with care and wisdom.
Excellent in the classic sandwich, it looks wonderfully on a cutting board, very convivial sliced at the table.
