The Cooked Roast, manually tied with string and vacuum-packed, so that it maintains its typical softness. Little salty, ideal for any type of diet, you can enjoy it sliced, also accompanied by sauces such as mayonnaise, diced in salads or also hot combined with a side dish of vegetables. The Roast Cooked is also excellent as a filling of Piedmonts agnolotti.
